Kellie Noonan emailed:

Hi There,

My family lived in Bougainville from 1974-1976 where my brother and I attended Bovo Primary School. My father was an engineer for Bougainville Copper and his name was Barry Noonan.

I am curious to know when one of your photos at Loloho beach was taken. I could swear that my mother and I are in the photo but I am not sure if the time frame is correct. It is on page 5, 4th row down, 3rd column in the lower left hand corner of the photo. I think we are the woman and the little girl looking out to the sea?? Also the photo of Peter Goerman in the 1st row column two, I’m wondering if he is with the hollowed-out tree I used to play in as a child. I often think of that tree and the fun my brother and I had playing in it.

Cheers - Kellie
